Fee: 200 Kuwaiti Dinars deposited in the Company’s Account No. (50 11 21 30 101) of the National Bank of Kuwait - Ahmadi Branch, a formal receipt to be enclosed/scanned with the submitted Application or A money transfer to the Company’s bank account (50112130101) with National Bank of Kuwait, Ahmadi Branch, Kuwait, Swift Code (NBOKKWKW).
Bid Bond: 2.5% From the total value of tender price.
Scope of Work:
The works comprise design, detailed engineering, Site survey, slit trenching, procurement, supply of all materials, tools and equipment, installation, testing and commissioning of eight new plate type Heat Exchangers in place of the existing heat exchangers in Desalter Trains A, B, C & D at Gathering Center 4 (GC-04) in Burgan as summarized below:
1- Carry out Hazard and Operability studies (HAZOP), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study, Project Health Safety and Environment Review (PHSER) and SIL study for the complete system and implement its recommendation as described in the Contract.
2- Supply, installation and testing of the following:
A- Eight new Plate Type Heat Exchangers complete with all the associated piping and mechanical works in Desalter Trains A, B, C, & D.
B- One portable chemical cleaning package unit for cleaning the heat exchangers in bypass mode.
3- All electrical works including power and control cabling, earthing, etc.
4- All Instrumentation works including supply and installation of all instruments, junction boxes, instrument cabling, differential Pressure indicators (Local and DCS), all necessary hardware and configuration of existing DCS System to accommodate the new instruments complete with calibration of all associated instruments.
5- All Civil and Structural Works including slit trenching, valve supports, foundation, steel platforms, supports, steel frames for instrumentation works, excavation and back filling and levelling of the site etc.
6- Dismantle and remove the existing heat exchangers in all the Desalter trains and transport to company’s designated storage area.
7- All other works which could reasonably be deemed as necessary to provide the company with complete, proven and operable facility.
