Scope of Work:
Occidental Libya Oil & Gas BV (Libyan Branch) (OLOG) intends to solicit interest and pre-qualify Contractors to provide competitive bids for the provision of Water Well Drilling Services and optionally Drilling and Installation of Conductor Pipe in support of OLOG’s exploration program in the OLOG EPSA contract areas.
- Location: OLOG EPSA Contract Areas
- Estimated Start of Drilling Campaign: 1st quarter 2011
- Number of Drilling Locations: Approximately 20
- Term of Contract – 2 years
- Water Well Drilling Services and optionally Drilling and Installation of Conductor Pipe for relevant location including transportation of all required equipment/personnel to and from the various locations.
Equipment and Services:
- Provide all necessary equipment and skilled personnel to Drill and complete Two (2) water wells for each planned exploration well and the following optional service:
- Optional Services
Drilling of a 26” hole and installation of 20” conductor pipe at the relevant well sites.
HSE:
- Must have an acceptable Health Safety Environment program/Management System in place.
Repair and Maintenance:
- Must have acceptable repair and maintenance facilities for it’s equipment.
