Scope of Work:
Qatar Petroleum requires the services of a professionally qualified and experienced contractor to carry out consultancy services for Halul island master plan.
Scope the contractor shall carry out the Halul island master plan including but not necessarily limited to the following parameters:
- All types of zoning and land uses; buildings, camps, workshops and others etc.
- Road planning and traffic management.
- Infrastructure, civil & structural.
- Utilities: pattern and capacities of the utility networks including items such as electrical generation and distribution network, service water / plant air / instrument air / steam generation & utilization / diesel fuel / desalination plants / potable water / telecommunication / firewater / drainage / flaring and others and their up gradation.
- Public services and facilities.
- Visual quality, beautification and Landscaping.
- Crude oil storage, pipe-alleys, pumps houses, Hydrocarbon, drainage, handling, produced water systems.
- Operation related facilities.
- New Projects Requirements.
a- Recreational and support facilities.
b- Use of the latest "State of the art" tools, and practices and technologies for the planning of all the existing and new facilities.
Contract Duration: 12 months
