Scope of Supply:
1- Supply of # 1 indirect fired water bath heater (horizontal) skid mounted, heating (35000 bopd + 3500 b/d water in oil) from 10 °c to 60 °c & to heat 3500 b/d fresh water from 5 °c to 60 °c, normal operating pressure 150 psig, max. Operating pressure 200 psig the equipment should be fully instrumented for local & remote control, complete with valves, piping, ladders, platforms, two safety valves with isolating valves before & after each safety valve with an interlock & all other facilities required for continuous operation.
2- Supply of # 1 horizontal Heat exchanger, skid mounted with capacity (35000 bopd) for heat transferring (to reduce the final product temp. from 60 °c to 30 °c & to rise the initial crude temp before heater inlet), the equipment should be fully instrumented for local & remote control, complete with valves, piping, ladders, plat forms, safety valves with all other facilities required for continuous operation.
