Scope of Work:
Supply of # 7 mobile workshop with s/p as following:
Engine: tropicalized water-cooled system, 4 cycles, 6 cylinders, direct injection max. output not less than 300 hp
Fuel system: should be furnished with water separator
Pneumatic system: should be furnished with air dryer
Transmission: manual synchronized
Clutch: single dry plate with hydraulic clutch control self-adjusting
Steering: hydraulic power steering l.h.d
Brake system: dual-circuit compressed air brake system
Electric system: 24 v, heavy duty, and two batteries
G.V.W.: should be not less than 20000 kg
Suspension: heavy-duty semi elliptic leaf spring with shock absorbers
Wheel config: 4 x 2
Tyres: 1200 x 20 ply 18 one-piece rim or any size available
Cabin: all steel welded, double cabin or long cabin, 5 persons cap. With a\c and radio cassette, power windows, electric adjustable heated side mirror, central locks.
Workshop body: steel made dimension l*w*h not less than (5060*2440*2100) mm equipped with the following:
1- # 2 mobile welding machine Lincolin as the following specifications:

The diesel engine type (Perkins) model (1104C-44) rbm: 1725, four strokes, four cylinders, water-cooling, provided with (muffler/spark arrestor), provided with a protection system to stop the engine when oil pressure is reduced and water temperature increases.
The mobile welding machine should be provided with dc welding current generator, type Lincoln, and its features (dc-40v, dutu cycle-400 amper less than 80%), provided with ac current with features (3000 watts/50-60hz/220-230v), amounted on four wheels and covered with iron cover with two doors in lift hook.
- Polarit switch mobile panel includes:
Job selector, hour counter, plug switch, (on/off) switch, (push button start), oil or pressure gauge + temperature gauge + current charge amper), circuit breakers.
