Scope of Work:
Supply of # 3 pigging launcher & receiver.
Complete scraper launching-receiving trap with scraper, loading-unloading device
JIB crane, quickly removable cover, with flanged end class 600# RF for 24" dia natural gas pipeline, construction code ASME B31.8. This trap shall be utilized for intelligent pigging as well.
The gas pumping conditions are:
Gas max. working temp.: 55 deg c
Max. working pressure: 70-90 kg/cm2
The system shall comprise all components for launch and receive pigs as follow:
launcher & receiver, quick closure, pig handling tray, by-pass piping, pigSIG, valves (main line trap valve, main line bypass valve, trap ticker on launcher, trap bypass valve on receiver, valve with pressure gauge, vent, drain valve for liquid service, pressure equalization valves for launcher and receiver.
All these components are assembled, tested, and mounted on skid for the standard launcher and receiving system
