Scope of Work:
1- Supply of bulk materials (other than free issue), pipe laying work including but not limited to Construction Management, HSE & Quality Management, Survey, clearing of ROU, grading. Stringing, bending, welding, trenching, lowering, crossings, tie-ins, NDT and destructive testing, backfilling, laying of OFC & HDPE ducts (wherever required), Temporary & Permanent Cathodic Protection (TCP & PCP), site restoration, hydro testing, dewatering, drying, pre commissioning, commissioning and Gas-In of pipeline of size 12" Dia., pipeline as mentioned in para below including construction / installation of related facilities like scraper launching I receiving and other facilities at intermediate pigging stations and dispatch I receiving terminals, sectionalizing valve stations, Tap-off station, etc. including associated Mechanical, CP, Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Telecom, Instrumentation and CO2 Flooding Works at stations etc. The scope also includes crossing by HDD, (wherever specified). The scope of Contractor also includes Video Survey, Pipeline Information Management System (PIMS) etc.

2- The Commissioning and Gas - In: The scope of contractor will include the commission and Gas-In the pipeline from Despatch Terminal at Karanpur to IP Station and from IP Station to Receiving Terminal at IGL, Kashipur and Spurlines.

3- The complete work has been divided into two Sections and the salient features of various Sections of the pipeline Sections are hereunder:
Section-I:
a) Laying of Pipeline from existing Tap-off at Karanpur at Ch. 0.000 km to IP Station at Moradabad at Approx. Ch. 52.000 km including piping works at despatch & metering terminal at Karanpur, Tap- off point SV-1 and IP Station (12" x 52 km).
b) Spurlines
Laying of 8" x 4.6 km to M/s Siti Energy Limited

Section-II:
a) Laying of Pipeline from IP Station at Approx. Ch. 52.000 km to Receiving Terminal at IGL Tap-off Point, Kashipur Ch. 105.00 km including piping works at SV-2, SV-3 & Receiving Terminal at Kashipur (12" x 53 km).
b) Spurlines
Laying of 12" x 2 km to M/s Savanti Power
Laying of 8" x 8.4 km to M/s Surya Roshni & IGL Tap-off.
Laying of 6" x 6 km to M/s Shree Shyam Paper, IGL and Galwalia Ispat.
Laying of 4" x 4.5 km to M/s Surya Roshni, Pashupati Acrylon & Multiwal Paper.
