Scope of Work:
The Company requires the consultant to carry out the following stages of services to assist the company in implementing the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards towards achieving the respective certifications:
Stage-1: Gap Analysis:
The consultant shall carry out a detailed gap analysis on the status of implementation of the requirements of ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 standards across the company’s operations and develop a step-by-step action plans to address all the identified gaps.
Stage-2: Implementation:
The consultant shall conduct workshops and assist the company in establishing programs and resources for implementing the above action plans.
Stage-3: Monitoring and Measurement:
The consultant shall prepare and conduct internal audits to verify the level of implementation and conformance to the standards, including providing audit training to the company’s personnel.
Stage-4: Mock-up Audits:
The consultant shall conduct mock-up audits for closure of outstanding issues and confirm level of compliance to the standards. The consultant shall provide final reports on the level of readiness of the company and each its directorates for the certification audit.
