Scope of Service:
The scope of services is online repair/sealing services to arrest leaks of valve body leaking to atmosphere (Such as but not limited to, leaking from Closure Flanges, Bonnet Flange, Valve Stem Sealing, Vent/Drain/lubrication fittings) on hydrocarbon (gas or liquid) process pipeline valves of sizes up to 48" without interference/modifying/drilling or any physical changes of construction of the valves body by applying QP approved sealant into valve cavity by utilizing venting/draining valve fittings/provisions . This type of sealing injection shall be removable/cleanable from the valve internals whenever dismantled for overhaul.
