Scope of Work:
Design, engineering, manufacture, procurement, inspection, testing, painting, supply of Inert gas generators (PSA type) complete in all respects and supervision during installation, commissioning & performance testing at site, as detailed in the enquiry document.
Scope of Supply:
# Four Inert gas generators (PSA type) as a skid mounted package for Gaseous Nitrogen production. Two for Kailaras terminal and two for Chainsa terminal. Each Inert Gas generator (PSA type) shall generally comprise of, but not limited to, the following major items:
- # One Pre filter
- # Two absorber vessels along with control valves, desiccant and molecular sieve beds, etc.
- # Two Post filters (1 working + 1 standby).
- # One on-line oxygen analyzer in the product outlet piping.
- Interconnecting piping, fittings, and valves within the package battery limit.
