Specification of pump:
Pump type: UHC 500-1900 manufactured in USSR serial nos: 86,89,108,110,117,91, capacity: 500 m3/hr, head: 1900 m
Scope of Work:
Major overhaul of # 6 sets main injection pumps at water injection stations to dismantle, inspect, repair, re-assemble and test the pump sets (i.e. pump). The contractor is required to:
1- Dismantle, clean, and inspect all parts of the pumps.
2- Inspection result to be verified to the OEM design and acceptance criteria.
3- A technical report should be submitted and must include a listing of repairable items and also rejected items.
4- Carry out all necessary modifications according to the manufacturer updated standard.
5- Dynamic balance of all pumps rotors in accordance with the manufacturer standards.
6- Re assemble and rebuild the pumps.
7- All replacement spare parts used should be genuine OEM supplied parts and any part which is beyond repair must be replaced by new part.
8- Warranty for workman ship and spare parts supply must be covered by the OEM standard warranty terms.
9- On completion of the rebuild of the pump sets, a full performance test must be carried out measuring all parameters according to the manufacturer test schedule.
10-Issue full - technical report detailing all aspects of work carried out during overhaul.
