Scope of Service:
Call-off contract for specialized inspection services within Dukhan provision of specialist non destructive examination services for the assessment of plant integrity and remaining life using specialized testing equipment not available in house, and requiring extensive training and certification for their operation. The techniques as per the scope of services include:
1- Guided wave long-range ultrasonic examination for the evaluation of metal loss in piping and pipelines.
2- Pulsed eddy current examination for the metal loss screening of insulated pressure vessels without the removal of insulation.
3- Automatic / Phased Array / Time of Flight Ultrasonic testing for the monitoring of known corrosion features to establish accurate corrosion rates.
