Scope of Work:
1- Seamless Carbon Steel Line Pipe (Coated)
Line pipe carbon steel (seamless) API spec. 5l PSL 2 s, beveled ends acc. to ANSI B 16.25, dimensions acc. to ASME B 36.10m .the length of pipe shall be limited range (11-12 m) with protective end rings or caps and marking according to API standard. Each pipe shall be externally coated with extruded polyethylene thickness (3 mm) (as a minimum).

2- Carbon Steel Line Pipe (Coated)
Line pipe carbon steel API spec.5L PSL2, beveled ends acc. to ANSI B 16.25, dimensions acc. to ASME B 36.10m and manufacture pipes by longitudinal submerged arc welding (LSAW) .the length of pipe shall be limited range length (11-12 m) with protective end rings and marking according to API standard. Each pipe shall be externally coated with extruded polyethylene thickness (3 mm) (as a minimum).

3- Heat Shrinkable Sleeve
Heat shrinkable sleeve joints for coating of girth welds with specifications identical (as minimum) to those of pipe coating of open type and capable to stored at (0- 65) C.
-H.S.S. should be supplied with all accessories and requirements, accessories contains (20 NOS gas torch, 20 NOS TEMP. gauge with sensor and 20 NOS steel rollers).
- Heat shrinkable sleeve width should be suitable for bare and distance of pipe ends with overlap for the pipe coating not less than (2) inches from each side.
