Scope of Work:
It is desired to supply two Ex-d proof metering & proving skids used with discharging the quantities that received by train (Crude Oil and light Oils) these skids shall consist of double stream metering in additional to third stream for proving, all with coriolis flow meters, the skids should measure and compensate the measured quantity to (15, 20) C° and 1.0325 bar taken in consideration any change in operating pressure, density from time to time, the skids should equipped with all necessary valves, (pressure , differential pressure, temperature) instruments (gauges & transmitters) and any necessary accessories such as manifold, vents , drains , etc....
The two skids shall be distributed into one skid for Crude Oil, one for Light oils.
1-Supply of # 1 crude oil skid with the following technical specifications:
Input / Output flange: 6 inch 150 RF B16.5 ANSI
Meter type: Coriolis
Flow rate range: (15 to 75) m3/ hr
Operating pressure range: (1 to 5) bar
Operating temperature range: (10 to 60) C
Ambient temperature range: (-10 to 60) C
Differential pressure: (0.1 to 0.5) bar proportion to the flow rate.
Storage tang operating level: (3 to 11) m.
The distance between the skid and the storage tank is about 1000 meters.
2- Supply of # 1 light oils skid with the following technical specifications:
Input / Output flange: 6 inch 150 RF B16.5 ANSI
Meter type: Coriolis
Flow rate range: (15 to 75) m3/ hr
Operating pressure range: (1 to 5) bar
Operating temperature range: (10 to 50) C
Ambient temperature range: (-10 to 60) C
Differential pressure: (0.1 to 0.5) bar proportion to the flow rate.
Storage tang operating level: (3 to 11) m
The distance between the skid and the storage tank is about 1000 meters.
