Scope of Work:
A- Oil Skimmers For Spillage:
1- The skimmer to be light in weight not more 50kg, free-floating, portable and made of glass reinforced plastic.
2- To recover wide range of contaminated water and polluting hydrocarbons.
3- To recover oil from river and canal.
4- Efficiency of oil recovery is free water content (max 2%).
5- The unit or system are provided by power pack with hand and electrical starting of diesel engine to operate the transfer pump and hydraulically driven. The disc of skimmer and mounted on wheeled frame.
6- Each set provided with:
-Hyderaulic hose from the power pack to skimmer length 30m with quick release couplings.
-Hyderaulic hose from the power pack to transfer pump (if separated from power pack) length 10m with quick release coupling.
-Suction hose from skimmer to transfer pump about 20m lengths with hose float.
- Discharge hose length 10m.
7- Provided with each set (350) kg of oil absorption pad dimensions (30 x 40) cm.
8- Recovery capacity:
(20) M3 / hr brush type (2 set)
(20) M3 / hr disc type (2 set)
9- Supply of:
- Special PVC suit one piece (20 nos)
- Boot (20 pair)
- Gloves (20 pair)
10- The transfer pump is self-priming capacity suitable with capacity of skimmer.
11- Providing with each set delta suction skimmer for shallow water.
12- Provide with each set portable oil recovery tank of PVC with high resistance of oil and ultraviolet light (capacity 5m3).
13- Provide spare part for maintenance and operating for five years including (diesel engine, transfer pump, hose and connection) skimmer disc and brush with repair kits tools for each set.
14- Provide two copies of operating and maintenance manual.
B- Boom (Length 25 M) (Qty: 20)
1- The boom is easy to handle, simple and rapid to use for emergency and permanent to prevent oil spillage to pass in river and canals.
2- The boom is fully symmetrical and made of orange PVC / nitrile rubber coated knitted polyester durable fabric resistance to oils, seawater and sunlight (ulter-violet light) encapsulated within the fabric are closed cell foam buoyancy panels, and reinforced by longitudinal strength elements.
3- The boom are provided by ballast weight.
4- Over all height of boom (90 -110) cm.
- Free board (30-40) cm
- Draft (60-70) cm
5- Providing with each suction the towing bridles and anchoring points and ropes.
6- Max. Lengths of booms are 25m supplied with astm quick connections.
7- Supply with the booms five set of special PVC (suit overall boots, gloves).
8- Each boom fixed on reel.
9- Providing two trailer consisting hock desinged to mounting the reel of boom can be easy to rolling when pulled the boom to the river.
C- Boats (qty: 4 set)
1- The boat are made of glass reinforced plastic (grp).
2- Light in weight and with loading (600-750) kg.
3- Provided with petrol engine can be separated from boat.
4- provided:
- PVC suit overall (10 nos).
- Rescue and safety coats flotation vest (10 nos).
- Boots (10 pair).
- PVC gloves (10 pair).
5- provided one transporting trailer with towing hock.
6- Two complete petrol engine as spare part.
7- Four repair kit for engine.
