Scope of work:
The scope of work includes supplying casing and tubing pipes of following technical specification:
1- All the tubular should be new and unused and should be manufactured, sampled, tested, marked and inspected in accordance with API Specification 5CT, eighth edition (ISO 11960 : 2004). A certificate of compliance to the above shall be submitted.
2- Thread protection:
- For API connections: cast steel or pressed steel.
- For premium connections: composites with polyethylen.
- For pup joints:composites with polyethylene.
3- External anti rust:
- Mills Standard.
4- API monogram.
- For all API pipes and couplings.
- For all API pup Joints.
5- Premium Connections:
- Premium connections as specified will only be accepted.
Note: Should be a pipe in this tender are made a manufacturers accredited to the Kuwait Oil Company.
