Scope of Work
24" crude oil pipeline from Dukhan to Mesaieed tank farm dent repair by one of two options " Repair the Large Indentation from the vehicle impact by cutting 22 meters and replacing of the dent area with one of two options:
- Option # 1: TDW or equivalent plugging system using two fittings and product temporarily stopped and finally using TDW or equivalent Lock-O-Ring Plug. The flow interruption shall not exceed fourteen calendar days.
- Option # 2 (Alternative): 1- No interruption of crude oil flow in the pipeline by TDW or equivalent double stopple line procedure using four hot tapping fittings and a bypass and finally TDW or equivalent Lock-O-Ring Plug. 2- Repair Damaged Pipe retainers. 3- Repaint the repaired area according to the company specification # QP-SPC-L-002 Schedule 2U.
