Scope of Work
Deir Ez Zoor Fiscal Metering Station (FMS) Project is defined as engineering, procurement, construction for all disciplines and activities, which include but not limited to: piping installation, FMS consists of two Metering skids and tie-in points with existing facilities with all required activities but not limited to: civil, survey, soil investigation, structural, technical, instrumentation, electrical, control, pre commissioning, commissioning, start-up activities and utility systems etc in addition to any activity required to make the system function based on the turnkey job basis.
The project includes but not limited to the following:
1- 18" gas pipeline about 12 km length, extends from the existing Deir Ez Zoor pipeline from the point 7 kilometer upstream OF BVS-9903, (this connection point is 33 kilometer from Deir Ez Zoor plant) to new fiscal metering station with Launcher at connection point and Receiver at the FMS.
2- Fiscal metering station, which will be constructed near the fence of new power generation plant of Deir Ez Zoor and shall consist of two metering trains and all associated piping, valves, instrumentation, civil work, fencing, electrical and spare parts...etc.
3- Tie-in with existing Deir Ez Zoor gas pipeline.
4- Tie-in with the feeding connection of new Deir Ez Zoor power station.
5- With all related piping, materials, equipment, instrumentation, electrical, control and mechanical, and civil system in addition to all auxiliary and utility systems, etc. to be handed over to the company safe and operable project as per RFQ requirements, and international codes, standards, and specification.
