Scope of Work
Establishment of the environmental base line survey Of contract area -91 (M-24) - Nafoora Field.
The following should be noted prior to submitting the Pre-Qualification Documents to the company:- 1. Participating companies have to include their qualification and past experience, supported with documents in the related field. Also the following legal and financial documents have to be submitted in accordance with the prevailing laws for those registered in GSPLAJ:- a. Decree of formation. b. Valid Commercial registration. c. Valid registration Certificate from Chamber of Commerce. d. Valid working permission. e. Valid proof of tax payment. 2. Experience profile to be presented in detail in accordance with the following: a. General Company experience b. Overview of key environmental survey projects c. List of most recently similar completed projects. d. Provide resumes of the key personnel who would/could be deployed on this job.
Included on the resume a list of recent survey projects that the individual has conducted along with their key contributions/focus areas.
The required Pre-Qualification Document should be presented under three (03) hard copies (one original and two copies) and soft CD copy form. The package shall be marked “DTC-02-2010-M24 - Pre-qualification – Environmental Base Line Survey Of Contract Area -91 (M-24) “ and should reach the address.
