Provision Of Slick Line Services

Scope of Work
Provision of slick line services for the field on call out basis, the work includes the provision set, retrieve and redressing of following Plugs:-
· SSR plug Normally set at Wellhead.
· Phoenix Blanking plug, Size 2.312 Normally set at ± 6,000 ft into ESP( Y-Tool ).
As well; the further well data information as follows:-
· Wells depths: 10,000-14,000 ft MD.
· Average wellhead pressure 200 psi.
· Type of completion ESP packerless, cased hole 7 and open hole 8 ½.
· Average well deviation 35-90 deg.
· Production casing 9 5/8 47 ppf and 7 29 ppf ().
· Tubing string 4 ½ AMS 12.6 ppf , 3 ½ AMS 9.3 ppf and 5 ½ AMS 14 ppf.
The contract should be providing us following equipments: -
·Gate Valve (minimum ID is 4.9) 5 1/8x 3000 psi WP Flanged.
· Lubricator 4 ft long (minimum ID is 4.9) Top & Bottom connection: (9.5 Quick union Top seal 8 O Ring Otis Quick Union 8 DASH 443).
· X-Over: Top connection in according with Contract BOP and lower connection is 9.5 Quick union Top seal 8 O Ring Otis Quick Union 8 DASH 443.
