Scope of Work
1- Supply of # 6 complete vertical ventilation system for Avon gas generator (rolls Royce) type 1534 with electric motor must be duplicate to the following specifications manufactured by Engart Fans Limited:
Capacity 20000 cfm
The duct dimension:
Length =171.5 cm, diameter = 96.5 cm,
Outside diameter for each flange mounting = 110.3 cm
Inside diameter for each flange mounting = 96.5 cm
Number of holes for each flange mounting = 16
Center bolt = 103.5 cm
Hole diameter = 1.7 cm
- The electric motor specifications:
Frame = ae 2001b, s/n = pa39l-5, 37kw, 380v- ?
2950rpm, 70a, 50hz, 3ph-insul. Class, temp. = 80?c, ip = 55
Explosion proof, induction motor, ? connection, exdiibt4/3 phase, 380v, 50 Hz
Continuous duty, s.f.1.15, insulation class (f), ambient temp. 50c°, ip 55, 2950 rpm, the power of motor 10% larger than the power to the ventilation system.
Recommended spare parts for two years itemized & priced list must be attached with the offer.
- The control system:
Complete vertical ventilation system must be provided with auto start through the operation sequence.
