Scope of Work
Contractor’s scope of services shall include but not limited to:
a) Develop WPE including project plans and scheduling
b) Procure material, equipment and consumables
c) Perform constructability reviews
d) Prepare construction procedures (method statements) and Job Safety
Analysis (JSA)
e) Provide construction equipment and tools
f) Provide on-site construction supervision and support
g) Perform pre-commissioning
h) Provide commissioning assistance
i) Perform quality assurance & control management
j) Prepare as-built drawings red line markups and final report
k) Any other services as required specific to industry standard
l) Any personnel proposed by contractor must have proven record of past experience in their field of expertise in oil & gas, petrochemical industries. The company reserves the right to instruct contractor to replace personnel not considered qualified for the work. The contractor shall provide such replacement at no cost to the company.
m) Contractor shall submit a complete organisation chart showing the names and titles of all key personnel along with their CV for the company review. Approved personnel shall not be re-assigned or replaced without written approval from the company.
