Scope of Work
1- Progressive Cavity Pump Equipment (PCP) services (scope A) comprise of the provision of leasing (design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, operation and trouble shooting) of surface & subsurface equipment related to progressive cavity pump systems in oil wells across the company fields designated by the company. The service shall include all necessary materials, personnel, equipment and other miscellaneous associated items in order to provide the services.
2- Services related to Lower Fars Testing Project (LFTP) system (scope B): This is required for processing cold heavy oil production with sand in wells of Lower Fars oil fields in the north area and shall be completed with PCP equipment. This comprises of design, procurement, supply and construction, installation, testing, commissioning, performance testing, maintenance of the LFTP System and operation under company’s supervision. The service also includes oil / gas / water separation tanks, all utilities, provision of materials, transportation system for delivering the oil and sand to its destinations and all necessary labour, plant and equipment, electric power supply, and any works which could be reasonably deemed as necessary.
- The work under services related to LFTP system shall be performed in two stages as following:
In stage I, the contractor shall perform design, supply, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning the LFTP System, and
In the stage-II the contractor shall perform the operation of and maintain the LFTP system. The LFTP system will be operated for a minimum period of one month for testing each well. Thereafter complete system will be mobilized – PCP installed in the next well as decided by the company and LFTP system will be hooked up.
3- Diesel generator sets and transformer services comprise the provision of leasing (supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and operation of diesel generator sets and or corresponding step-up transformer) with all required associated material, technical personnel and support services. The said generators are so commissioned that they can operate the Progressive cavity pump system.
4- Pump watcher or equivalent for remote monitoring comprises the provision of leasing (Supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and operation of a pump watcher system with all required associated material, technical personnel and support services.
5- Chemical injection system comprises the provision of leasing (supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and operation of a chemical injection system with all required associated material, technical personnel and support services.
6- Non-exclusivity & amendment to the number of Wells:
A- The company may delete any well in respect of which the contractor has failed to comply with equipment specifications requirements/ delivery period and the company may complete the services with the equipment provided/installed by others. No compensation for this shall be paid to the contractor.
B- The company may remove or add any number of wells.
C- The company may pullout any well with running/ operating PCP equipment. The contractor shall remove the installed down hole equipment from such well and the contractor shall be compensated.
7- The superintendent or the superintendent’s representative shall instruct the contractor to perform one or more Jobs specifying the details of the job, the deliverables and the organization code of the requesting team.
8- The contractor shall provide the services as and when instructed and on such locations on the site as directed by the company in each service order. The company does not guarantee the extent, quantum, value or continuity of the services.
