Scope of Work
The scope of work of this tender is to carry out Detailed Design, Procurement, Supply, prefabrication, Installation, Construction, Hook up, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and Testing to create the following facilities as under:
PS-3:
- One new low pressure oil free screw compressor skid with discharge pressure of 9 bar (g) and 560 scfm to be installed next to the existing station air compressors (PS-3E).
- Two new high-pressure booster air compressors replacing the existing telemetry air compressors at PS-3E with discharge pressure of 27 bar (g) and capacity of 400 scfm.
- One suction vessel for the HP compressors in PS-3E.
PS-2:
- Same as PS-3 above but the LP compressor skid will be located on G-platform and an air receiver will be added to it to avoid pulsation in the line integrating it with the existing two air compressors on E-platform. The Feasibility Study recommends using screw type compressor for low-pressure stage and reciprocating compressor for the high-pressure stage. Also, decks extensions will be designed to accommodate the new equipments on PS-2E&G and PS-3E. Tender Package in order to tender it and award the EPIC contract
