Scope of Work
Provision of FEED services for part I - "additional after-coolers for recycle gas compressors in Ethane Recovery Unit (ERU) at gas recycling plant" to enable the company to install facilities required to debottleneck existing ERU to ensure raw NGL production of 75000-77000 BBL/Day having C1/C2 ratio within specified 1% is achieved during summer months.
Part II - "heavy ends recovery for flare gas at gas recycling plant" to enable the company to install facilities as mentioned below: Recovery of heavy ends from the HP flare gas in a cost effective way in order to reduce environmental smoke emission in HP flare to MOE stipulated limit of Ringlemann index of 1. To replace the produced water flash drum with an adequately sized vessel to handle increased water production from gas recycling plant.
