Upstream Program Consultancy Services

Scope of Work
1- The consultant shall carry out consulting services to develop and implement the full-scale program as per the opportunity progression system. There are ten business improvement initiatives, which have been categorized as:
- Technical
- Non-Technical
- Initiatives.
The consultant shall complete all services for each stage and submit all deliverables within the specified time period for the approval of the superintendent.
2- During the operate stages, the consultant shall provide services on call-off basis, as and when instructed by the superintendent. During the call-off services, the duration and requirement of consultant resources shall be in the manner as specified in appendices b and c to contract specification.
3- The scope of services comprises two parts of services namely Part-I and Part-II services.
- Part-I Services: means consultancy services to complete all Services for each stage.
- Part-II Services means: consultancy services to complete all services for each stage.
- Part-III Services means scope for Part-I and Part-II services combined together for both Non-Technical Initiatives and Technical Initiatives.
