Scope of Work
Bench, test, with flanges and accessories test bench for safety valves with flanges complete with the following accessories:
1- high-pressure gas booster system with Haskell booster AG75, with necessary fitting
2- high-pressure water pump, with necessary accessories
3- adaptors for threaded male NPT valve connections (1/2,3/4,1,1-1/4,1-1/2, and 2in)
4.1- valve test documentation software
4.2- 19in mobile computer system,
5- closed water circuit, with 100lit storage, pump, strainers, etc.
6- electronic flow mater for measuring the seat leakage at 90% 8- protection doors
7.1- safety systems, and
7.2- 2nd adjustable pressure limitation system all related O&M manuals, and parts list to be included warranty for at least 12months.
