Scope of Work
1- Field survey, design works, planning, preparation of detailed working Drawings, HAZOP & QRA studies, supply of all necessary materials, labour, plant and equipment, fabrication, installation, Tie-ins, hot tapping, QA/QC activities, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of approximately:
A- 144 numbers new Crude Oil Sampling Systems in the South Gathering Centres.
B- 77 numbers new Crude Oil Sampling Systems in the East Gathering Centres.
C- Modification of 154 numbers existing Crude Oil Sampling Systems in the East Gathering Centres.
D- Installation / modifications of Drain / Vent lines for the above Sampling Systems and tie-in connections of the drain/ Vent lines to the existing Drain/ Vent System. Contractor shall explore shutdown / isolation facilities of the existing drain line for carrying out tie connections.
2- Field survey, design works, planning, preparation of detailed working Drawings, supply of all necessary materials, labour, plant and equipment and construction of RCC valve pits at the hot tapping tie in points locations.
3- Survey the locations, design & engineering, approvals, procure and supply all materials, install Electrical-earthing cable, Inspection, Testing for the new and modified Sampling Boxes.
4- The actual quantity of the works shall be dictated by the company’s requirements and the contractor acknowledges that there is no minimum or guaranteed quantity of the works.
5- The contractor shall perform field survey, design and drafting work, planning, quality assurance and quantity surveying related to the associated works.
6- The contractor shall supply the hot tapping machine, operator along with all the accessories for the Works. Contractor or shall also supply and install all the hot tapping material, as required for weld on the run pipe.
7- Some of the tie-in connections of the sampling points would be by hot tapping. The contractor shall design, supply the associated fittings based on approved drawing / procedure to complete the hot tapping works.
8- Contractor shall arrange to train production operations personnel for taking crude oil samples in the bottles.
9- The work shall be carried out by issuing a work order by the company stating the quantities of the Sampling Points to be installed and the existing to be removed and/or modified at each Gathering Centre.
