1- Upgrade of the existing 2-lane single carriageway from Dukhan Township main gate roundabout to roundabout behind Police Station to a new 2+2 lane dual carriage way.
2- Providing road lightings on the new dual carriageway inclusive of all necessary electrical distribution infrastructures.
