Scope of Work
Contractor to provide various Non Destructive Testing (NDT) & Destructive Testing (NDT) Services at QP Refinery Mesaieed for a period of three (3) calendar years.
Contractor shall supply personnel, services, supervision, project management, testing devices, warehousing, equipment, tools and consumable materials and each and every item of expense necessary for the proposed NDT and DT to be carried out for all related equipments within the refinery on call-off basis.
The services shall include but not limited to the following:
NDT services Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Tests (UFDT) of welds Lamination check of plates Thickness gauging by UT Penetrant Testing (PT) Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) In situ Replica Examination Boroscopic Examination IRIS/ECT/PSEC Examination MFL/SLOFEC testing for Tank bottom Vacuum box testing for tanks (Roof & Bottom) Hardness test Special Tests Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) for pressure vessels Ferrite testing Phased array testing Guided wave testing/LRUT Alternating Current Field Measurement (ACFM) Mechanical testing Chemical analysis with Scanning Electron Microscope Chemical analysis with X-ray Diffraction and Fluorescence techniques
