Construction of New Facilities
Reference: RFP-2278 10/20/2010, Location: Middle East

Scope of Work
The scope of work shall mainly comprise construction of the following facilities, which shall include all materials, equipment and labour etc. complete.
1- New supervisory offices with workshop & store facilities for chilled water plants (A & B)
A- The contractor shall carry out the design, supply, fabrication, delivery and erect complete pre-engineered structural steel frame type buildings including their foundations for the new supervisory office buildings for chilled water plants A & B.
B- Contractor shall supply and erect/construct car parking shelters, asphalt paving, sewer and storm water drainage system.
C- Contractor shall supply and install all electrical, air conditioning and fire fighting systems.
D- The scope of work shall include any dismantling / modification / relocation / protection of any existing structures or services etc. associated with the construction of the above buildings.
E- The scope of work shall include any other associated works which could reasonably be deemed as necessary to make the above facilities functional in all respects.
2- Chemical Drainage System - Ahmadi
A- Demolish the existing concrete floor slabs.
B- Casting new concrete slabs with suitable slope including epoxy painting.
C- Supply and install new chemical drainage channels embedded into the concrete slabs.
D- Supply and construct new chemical drain pipelines from the existing hangar/shelter to the new concrete tank asphalt works.
E- Supply and construct a new concrete tank in order to collect the chemicals which can be collected from the two hangars in case of spillage.
