Scope of Work
Identify, evaluate, develop and implement a production stream value optimization tool for the company operated blocks in the Northfield. The field consists of a primary production network, producing wells, well-head platforms and production lines leading to multiple slug-catchers. The whole project is envisioned to be conducted in two phases.

Phase-1 is covered under the scope of this contract. It will include the assessment of current company’s systems, workflows and databases, the identification/evaluation of a suitable Production Stream Value Optimization Tool, and implementation of the application to entire production network of the company operated blocks.

As an option, Phase-2 (if implemented) would cover the secondary disposal network. In addition, a compositional multilayer reservoir model may also be incorporated as part of Phase 2.
