Scope of Work
Contractor shall perform the following:
1. Civil works: including all engineering works ,drawing and installation of the three oil spills responding centers at the Terminals of AZZAWIA, ASSIDRAH and TOBRUK.
2. Importing all the materials and equipment required for the installation, operation and management of the centers.
3. Provision of a special oil spill response vessel .
4. Supervising, managing and operating these 3 centers for three years after their completion.
5. Training of nationals during the operating period.
