Scope of Work
Inspection services on pressure vessels and pipes/pipelines (aboveground and subsea) using Automated Ultrasonic Corrosion Mapping, Pulse Echo and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) at all company offshore locations for:
- Complete, Pressure vessels at offshore stations PS/2 and PS/3.
- Pipelines of diameters ranging from 4 to 48 inches, which may be, located sub-sea, in excavated trench or in splash-zone areas at offshore production stations PS/2, PS/3, NFA (PS4), in Halul and/or at wellhead jackets.
The services shall comprise baseline surveys to locate, identify, size, assess detectable defects at specified/localized areas, and condition-monitoring to perform detailed trend analysis and fitness-for-purpose.
Contract duration: 3 years.
