Scope of Work
The company intends to implement improved project controls performance measures in the areas of scheduling, monitoring, reporting and risk management. Advanced project portfolio management, risk analysis and graphical capabilities can be met by procuring and implementing additional suite of Primavera products, to work together with the existing version of Primavera P6 Client (version 6.2.1) consisting of 20 concurrent network licenses purchased by the company. It is also required to implement a P6 compatible reporting solution to overcome limitations in the current P6 version's graphical and other reporting capabilities.
The contractor shall supply and install the software(s) and perform Maintenance, upgrade & support services to the supplied software license(s). The services shall also acquire supply, installation, training and overall commissioning of a P6 compatible reporting solution to enable planning engineers to create, store, retrieve and print standard and custom reports.
