Scope of Work
The company requires to carry out the construction of New Instrument Air Compressor Building at station W 1. New instrument air compressor building shall be 17.00 meters long x 10.00 meters wide x 7.60 meters high from finish floor level to eaves level to suit the requirements for new air compressor equipment. The building shall be steel frame with roof and wall cladding, including structural supports for a overhead traveling crane of safe working load (SWL) of 5000 kg. The building shall be designed with two rooms, equipment room and storage room. The supply and installation of the compressor units, equipment foundations and concrete floor slab shall be by other Contractor.
Scope of work includes construction of building drainage system, ventilation system by heavy-duty extractor fan with rain and dust hood cover protection. Aluminum louver type window ventilation and steel doors for main entry including aluminum electrically operated roller shutter door, with remote control operating system. Complete lighting and small power system, power for sockets, extractor fans, overhead crane, roller shutter door, earthing system, lightning protection and fire alarm system.
