Onshore Workover Rig

Scope of Work
Provide onshore workover rig as per hereafter specification:
1- 750 HP work-over rig.
2- Self mounted (telescoping mast on carrier) with capability to suspend in stands three joints (75 ft) for sucker rod and two joints R2 (61 to 64 ft) for tubing.
3- Equipped with 600 bbls mud tank capacity with full well control system (5000 BOP’s with size of 7 1/16” and 11” integrated with pipe ram, blind ram and annular preventer, koomey units,..)
4- Capable to handle light and heavy work-over operation in natural and artificial flow in sour environmental where H2S reach 1%.
5- Workover types:
* Install & change Sucker rod equipment (rods 7/8”(25 ft), 1”(25 ft), 1 ¼” (25 ft) & 1 1/2” (25 ft)), pumps ( 1 ½” 2”, 2 ½” & 2 ¾”). At depths down to 4000 ft.
* Install & change electrical submersible pumps at depths down to 4500 ft.
* Stimulation.
* Cementing.
* Heavy Fishing.
* Drill out cement plugs at depths from 3000 to 5500 ft.
* Capable to drill new holes at depths from 1200 ft to 2500 ft (in some cases).
* Hole Control trip for vertical (6000 ft) and horizontal (6500 ft) wells.
* Wells completion and running casing liner in different sizes of 4 ½, 5, 7” for open hole and cased hole in depths of 6000 ft.
