Scope of Work
Installation, replacement and integration of stand-alone instrumentations to water network SCADA and new Facility Information System (FIS) within the fields sow includes integration of flow meters installed in the valve chambers leading to new NWDH and Zikreet Village, into existing water network SCADA, integr of flow meters installed in the valve chambers to Weighbridge guard room in the company SFA into water network SCADA, Integration/Installation of Instrumentations for the company SFA potable and fire water tanks in the company SFA to water network SCADA and Miscellaneous flow meters installation and integration to water network SCADA in the fields. Operational, event and real time data management system infrastructure to be interfaced with existing water network SCADA as Facility Information System. FIS sytem is needed to be integrated into the JTF SCADA.
It is required to execute these jobs with the expansion of water network distribution system in the fields, by connecting and installing flow meters, pressure readings, levels and required instrumentations to one single place in the currently centralized monitoring station in Jabel Tank Farm Control Room. The benefits for easeness of troubleshooting, fast decision making from SCADA generated reports and also for custody transfer purposes to verify consumption and accountability. New Facility Information System shall improve operational capabilities, greater visibility of data, provide powerful analytical and collaboration tools with innovative features that can integrate many portals for future integration such as SAP.
