Scope of Work
The scope of work to be performed by the Contractor includes complete site survey, data collection, detailed design and engineering and the construction of the Company’s New Al-Tameer Building along with associated service buildings, Temporay Works, external works including the access road to the south of the Site and associated works, landscaping, irrigation, infrastructure, car park, all utilities, off-Site connections, the procurement, supply, expediting, inspecting, testing, shipping, delivery to Site and installation of all materials, equipment, plant and machinery required for incorporation into the Works, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), including all operational and maintenance spare parts inclusive of commissioning spare parts and consumables for the Works, project management, training, inspection, pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and performance testing, completion, rectification of defects, providing all labour,
supervision, constructional plant, etc. together with all necessary ancillary and inherent work to execute and complete the Works all on a ‘turn key’ basis in conformity with the Contract.
