Drilling of Boreholes

Scope of Work
The works comprise the drilling of bore holes (25 to 35 feet) in the company Premises, complete with all associated works and the provision of any and all work which could be reasonably to complete the Works. The Contractor shall carryout other works related to the completion of the works (i.e. cleaning, clearing of the debris, making good of the disturbed areas and other associated works) all per the instructions of the Superintendent’s Representative. The work shall be deemed included in the over-all cost of the Tender.
The Contractor shall execute the following works:
- The drilling Works shall be carried out with truck mounted drill rig(s) at specified location by Superintendent’s Representative of the Contract.
- The contractor shall submit work program along with working drawings showing bore well coordinates and locations before commencement for the approval of Superintendent’s Representative.
- The contractor shall submit proposed drilling equipment (rig) for approval of Superintendent’s Representative.
- The contractor shall submit and obtain material approval from Superintendent’s Representative before commencement of the work.
- Required coordination and assistance shall be given to contractor by Superintendent’s Representative at work location to mobilize and set up their equipment.
- The Contractor shall carry out Auger Drilling of boreholes 6" diameter up to 25 to 35 feet depth.
- The Contractor shall Install 3.2 mm thick UPVC screen casing 4" diameter up to 25 to 35
feet depth in well and 10’ feet above ground level.
