Scope of Work
The works comprise the provision of the materials and all the necessary labour, plant and equipment for the demolishing and cart away of existing structures, walkways, drainage system and manholes and construction of New Ahmadi Guest House Blocks (C & B5), landscaping and walkways, complete with all necessary civil, roads, drainage, lighting, air-conditioning, furniture, equipment, telecommunications, control, audio, visual and firefighting facilities works and other associated works which could reasonably be deemed as necessary to provide the Company with complete, proven and operable facilities all in accordance with the Contract.
