Drilling Water Wells

Scope of Work
- The contractor shall provide drilling rigs, equipment material and rig camps and execute drilling and completion of water wells / Cathodic Protection Wells (CPW) in support of rig operations for oil and gas wells as required by the company, at any location in the State of Kuwait in accordance with contract specification.
- The contractor shall provide the expertise, all necessary tools / equipment and materials for the performance of the services as described herein and elsewhere in the contract or as instructed by the company from time to time.
- The contractor shall manage, direct, supervise perform and control the services and all associated obligations and operations as described in this contract including the provision of personnel, transportation, operation, maintenance and repair of equipment with all ancillary and associated items as specified in the contract. Consequently, except where explicitly stated as being provided by the company, the contractor shall perform all the services under this contract.
- The contractor shall provide a dedicated supervisor who shall liaise and co-operate closely with nominated Company personnel to ensure that satisfactory progress and quality of the services are achieved but shall be solely responsible for the quality and the timely execution of the services.
- The crew for water well / Cathodic Protection Well (CPW) drilling shall consist of a Foreman/Supervisor, and helpers. A welder with his associated equipment and material shall be available all time as and when needed.
- The contractor shall provide transport for its crew to and from the Site as needed. It is up to the contractor to determine if a rig camp is needed for the Services.
- The contractor shall be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading all loads carried by the contractor’s trucks and vehicles.
- The contractor shall fully comply with all the company’s safety policies and safety meetings that shall be held on a weekly basis minimum and led by a senior supervisor with the contractor organization.
The contract period is five (5) years commencing from the date of signing the contract.
