Scope of Work
The superintendent shall direct the consultant’s personnel as necessary through progress meetings with the consultants representative. The services, to be carried out by the consultant shall comprise, but shall not be limited to, the tasks and deliverables described below.
The objective of the consultant shall be to maintain, for each Directorate, ISO 9001 Certification, clear of any unresolved observations or non-conformities reported through internal or external Audits.
The consultant shall execute the services within each Directorate in several discrete tasks as follows:
Task 1: Maintenance services of Directorate’s Certificates
Task 2: Certificate Alignment for technical services Directorate
Task 3: Alignment of ISO 9001 independently certified Teams under already certified Directorates
Task 4: Certificate achievement for a new Directorate/Team (a,b,d): Newly formed Directorate
Task 4: Certificate achievement for a new Directorate/Team (c): Newly formed Team
Task 5: Training
