Scope of Work
- The services compromise provision of professional services related to all facets of health, safety and environment (hereinafter “HSE”) required by the Company for its Projects, which may include, but not limited to the following: -
i) HAZAN (HAZard Analysis)
ii) HAZID (HAZard Identification)
iii) HAZOP (HAZard Operability Study)
iv) QRA (Quantitative Risk Analysis)
v) FMEA (Failure Models &Effetcs Analysis, FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), ETA (Event Tree Analysis)
vi) EIA (Environment Impact Assessment)
vii) PHSER (Project HSE Plans)
viii) Preparation of Project HSE Plans
ix) SIL Study (Safety Integrity Level)
- The services shall be executed with the work orders, which the consultant in the country shall prepare and submit to the company for review and approval. The specific services for HSE studies required in accordance with the work orders shall be performed by the consultant’s personnel to be provided on call basis.
- The exact scope of services required by the company and to be performed by the consultant for each project shall depend on the nature and precise details of the project, which may pertain to preliminary design and final design phases. The company may obtain professional services from the consultant for any other phase of project such as construction phase and for any other applications.
- The projects are expected to involve diverse engineering and construction works covering all discipline such as process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentations, civil and structural works within the company’s crude and gas production facilities located in the country and broadly covering areas such as south, east, west, and north the country Fields, Mina Al-Ahmadi Area, and/or any other locations within company’s operational areas including Ahmadi, Mina Adbulla and Shuiaba Refineries, MEW installations etc.
