Scope of Work
Contractor shall provide the company with Mud Chemicals Products on consignment basis, Mud Engineering Services (Personnel) and Equipments on a call-off basis within 24 hours of receiving the company Release Order (RO).
Contractor shall also supply any other item of expense necessary for the provision of the mud chemicals and engineering services for the company offshore activities (currently two offshore rigs). The services shall be performed in accordance with this scope of services and specifications and all standards requirements referred to herein or attached hereto as and when required on a Call-off basis for the company offshore activities (currently two offshore rigs) during the contract period of three (3) years from the effective date.
