Scope of Work
In order to deliver a flexible response to business demands, Company needs to supplement its resources and complement its skills with high level professional resources and services.
The Company is seeking tools, methods, practices and various technical services to facilitate, improve and streamline its performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business practices, development of plans for improvement and technical studies to help business decision and performance enhancement.
The consultant shall be required to provide organizational change business improvement assistance, development of coaching skills, technology identification/implementation, strategy development, and operational improvement Services, which shall lead to more effective and efficient ways of enhancing business tasks performance.
The goal of business improvement consultants is to aid the Company to achieve performance improvements, keep up to date with leading-edge business improvement practices/techniques and provide cycle time reduction in work processes.
Tasks the consultancy revisit help the Company to achieve performance improvements. Business consulting and business improvement services shall include the field of asset and operations in optimization of business processes and motivating staff to achieve the preset strategic objectives. The central element of this work is to provide sustainable increase of the Company’s productivity.
