Scope of Work
- The Services comprise: a) The supply and installation of software required to commission a fully functional Operational Support System for Telecommunications System of the Company that shall be based on the latest achievements in the area of information technologies.
b) Testing and commissioning of the System.
c) On-Site technical training.
d) Maintenance of the System during Contract Period, software upgrade and the like.
e) Provision of Contractor’s personnel during the various stages of the Contract to meet contractual obligations.
- The Contract Period is five (5) years starting from the Date for Commencement.
