Vertical Cement & Cementing Head

Scope of Work
1 - supply of Vertical cement storage tanks
The vertical cement storage tanks should be: -
- Designed for use in oil well cementing and related services
- Suitable for operations in environmental temperatures ranging between -50 and +550 C.
- Constructed and mounted on individual skid for ease of movement and set-up at drilling rig site by winch truck equipped with a live roll
- Capacity 1600 ft3
- Working pressure = 30 psi
- (One) 5" Cement fill line complete with butterfly valves
- (One) 5" Delivery line to cement outlet complete with male connection and butterfly valve
- (One) 5" vent line complete with butterfly valve
- (One) 3" Air fill line complete with butterfly valve
- Two manhole openings of 30", one located at the top of the tank and the other located on the side near the bottom, this manhole is for cleaning and repair purpose.
- New construction (new brand) and should be accompanied by mill and test certificated. - All the necessary screens, aeration nozzles, pressure gauge, pressure relief valves, stair and all necessary fittings.
- Complete with all necessary hoses (5", 3") with hammer unions.
2- supply of cementing heads
Cement heads should be with noted working pressure with internal pressure relive system for pressure equalization above and below the plugs complete with detachable manifold having 2" LPT plug valves& 2" LPT hammer unions, lift chain, quick release pull type plug retainer bars , quick remove top cap , tattletale assembly with double gland seals , ACME threaded bottom connection casing nipple (ACME THREAD X CASING PIN ) for the following sizes:
- Supply #2 of 13 3/8" cementing head, working pressure 3750 psi test pressure 5000 psi double plug valve cavity, connect with 13 3/8"csg, L-80, BTC box
- Supply #2 of 9 5/8" cementing head, working pressure 5000 psi test pressure 7500 psi double plug valve cavity, connect with 9 5/8"csg, L-80, BTC box
- Supply #2 of 7" cementing head, working pressure 6500 psi test pressure 10000 psi double plug valve cavity connect with 7"csg, L-80, BTC box.
3- supply of 5" liner cementing head, connecting with 5" drill pipe 41/2 IF
4- supply of Spare parts of two years operations for vertical cement silo& cementing heads
