Scope of Work
The works comprise design, engineering, site survey, slit trenching, procurement and supply of all materials, expediting, construction, inspection, testing and commissioning of workshop offices for inspection & corrosion team with all associated works as summarized below and further detailed in Technical Specification (Part I to VII) and Drawings.
- To demolish existing offices and cart away the debris to designated area in accordance with the company HSE standards and regulations.
- To construct new Office Building (double stories) all as shown in the Drawings and described in the contract including necessary removal or re-routing of existing services or hindrance as directed by the Superintendent.
- To provide necessary services including communication, ventilation, lighting and fire fighting system.
- All associated Electrical works including switchboards, power distribution boards, cabling, small power and lighting for all the buildings, street lighting and floodlighting including facade lighting works.
- All IT/LAN and Telecom works complete with associated wiring.
- HVAC System for the new building complete with duct work and necessary equipment foundation works.
- Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the passenger elevator and necessary works including structural works and electrical connections.
- Fresh water supply system complete with all associated plumbing and sewer works and supply and installation of elevated water tank, pumps and tie-in to the existing network.
- Laboratory gas supply system from gas storeroom to laboratories and all necessary works.
- Sewerage and chemical drainage system complete with all associated piping / sewer works and supply and installation of underground chemical tank.
- All associated architectural, civil and structural works including, equipment foundations, excavation and back filling, levelling of Site, hard landscaping of the area including provision of irrigation system complete with water sprinklers etc.
- Modification of security fence complete with supply and installation of new access gates as shown in relevant Drawings.
