Scope of Work
The existing Work station of the Thermal Oxidation Unit (TOU) is operating on ELOP II Version 3.0 and WIZCON V 7.1 with Windows NT 4.0 Operating system. Hence it is proposed to replace the existing PC with a new one having latest version of ELOP II and WIZCON Software operating on Windows XP Professional operating system. PCR 374 Presently, the Gas turbines in NGL-4 (K/KT-8501 A/B)are controlled by GE Speedtronic Mark V system and Compressor Anti Surge / Performance Controls by CCC's Series 4 control system with common Train View I system located at LER 5.
The scope includes the up gradation of CCC's Train View I system along with providing additional Train View HMI at Control room for redundant operation. PCR TBA Presently NGL-4 has two Hot oil furnaces F 8601 & 8602 having independent HIMA H 51q PLCs. A Laptop with ELOP II configuration software operating on Windows NT 4.0 exists which are being used to configure either of the above PLCs. An SER station exists common for both BMS is operating on WIZLOGLINE SER software. The objective of the contract is to upgrade the HIMA's Operating system and application software of the HIMA PLCs due to obsolescence of Windows NT 4.0 and the related software.
